Literacy
We are slowly writing our final drafts of our expository piece on London. You have until Thursday to finish.

Today we also wrote a model answer for the message of a media text. It stills follows the APE format.

Please take some time and practice reading your book for Wednesday. Grade 4 your book is about bats. The reading level is a bit easy for grade four so you shouldn't have any difficulty with the multiple choice questions. The grade 5 books is about caves. You also have the book about bats because I want you to understand how bats use echolocation (Science). Your test will be based on the more difficult book. Both grades will have the same questions as last test: 5 informational text features, an example of each and explanation of how they help with understanding, and characteristics of non-fiction texts.

Math
You will be working on your math assignment throughout the week. Grade fours are working on a quadrilateral character and grade fives on a triangle character. Be creative!
